DukaSuite is a sales, stock and reporting system provided by CS Computers & Tech Solution (“we”). This policy explains what we collect through this website and the DukaSuite system, how we use it and your rights.
1. What we collect
- “Get started” form: business name, your name, phone number, email (optional), city, business type, number of branches, chosen package and your message.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type when you submit the form — used only to prevent abuse (spam) and for security.
- Cookies: only two essential cookies — one remembers your language, one secures the form. No advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use it
- To contact you about your request, set up your system and train you.
- To provide the service, support and important licence notices.
- To protect the website and the system from abuse.
We never sell or rent your information.
3. Your business data inside DukaSuite
Products, sales, customers and other data you enter belong to you. Each business has its own system and password-protected database. We process it only to provide the service (e.g. storage, backups and technical support when you ask), and our team looks at it only when needed to help you.
4. “Our customers” section
We may show the name, city and logo of businesses that use DukaSuite on this website. We never show sales, customers or other internal data. If you do not want your business listed, tell us and we will remove it.
5. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, permission controls and protection against brute-force login attempts. No system is 100% secure, but we take appropriate measures to protect your information.
6. Retention
Requests that do not become customers are deleted or anonymised within 12 months. Customer information is kept for as long as we provide the service and as required by law.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of marketing messages, at any time by contacting us.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the current version.
